  • Provide a full auditable trail of works including an onsite file containing all job sheets, certificates and building information.
  • To implement, manage and co-ordinate the sourcing and analysis of new suppliers / contractors within the facility and building management areas in order to keep overhead costs within budget.
  • To consult and liaise with outside agencies (i.e. The Carbon Trust, The Health & Safety Executive and any other statutory agencies required by the current legislation) to ensure that you, the customer, are aware of future work requirements when complying with legislation and Company expectations.
  • To co-ordinate projected work costs for inclusion in your budget reports.
